  • Confirm your shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order.
  • All packages are shipped via FedEx Express.
  • The product is shipped overnight the day before scheduled treatment, unless otherwise specified. Please speak to your sales rep if you require different shipping options.
  • The product’s viable storage time in the shipping containers ranges between 52 to 72 hours, depending on the size of the container.
  • Once the order is processed, a FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • ‍**PLEASE NOTE** If your FedEx Express shipment is delayed or shows an issue and your delivery date has changed, One Biologics will call FedEx and inquire about the reason.
  • Please understand that One Biologics is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loss of package, delay of delivery, or if the product arrives thawed due to unforeseen circumstances by the third party shipping agent.
